We bought a 2026 Chevy Trax from Master Chevrolet in Aiken on July 31st. After having the initial car we wanted sold from under us from a different dealer ship. My husband found Travis who made everything such a breeze ! He had everything ready and was a great person to work with. We were in and out within an hour or two , honestly great people. My son bought a Duramax GMC diesel pick up from them. Truck looked great and still had Warranty. Or so, he thought. Started having trouble with his automatic running boards so whenever he took it to them for their first oil change that was complementary he asked if the Warranty covered it of course not. Cost would be $800 and it would take a month to fix. Obviously like most retailers they only want to sell you a car and don’t wanna give you any back in support. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody with customer service like this. I want to retract my previous review of Masters Chevy. I got a call from the General manager the Monday after I gave my one star review he reached out to my son got the part on order and got everything taken care of top class. Wish it could’ve happened on the first trip, but glad it was made right
